Engine Cover Hydro Dipped (Amazing!)

I've been looking at ways to start jazzing up my N's engine compartment with some customization. Several guys on this forum have painted their engine covers - and they look great! I talked with the guy who ceramicoated my cars exterior and wheels, and he suggested I pay a visit to a gentleman named Lawson Pombert at his place HYDRODYPZ - also in Woodstock, GA. This guy is an artist at what he does. Every piece is guaranteed to be unique with workmanship and quality that far surpasses anything yet to date that I've seen. People ship parts to him from all over the country for custom work on interior and engine compartment parts, as well as anything else you can think of. Please check out his site - he's also on Instagram and Facebook under the same name - and consider his visual mods as part of your builds. Here's what he's started doing for me:

He prepped the cover by using extremely fine grit sandpaper to eliminate the 'orange peel' texture & faux carbon fiber look that was molded into it. Then they prime coated it after removing the N badge. Next came the Hyundai red paint that they sprayed - and yes, they ordered the paint directly from Hyundai, and not the local PPG supplier. After that dried, they performed the actual hydro dip using a honeycomb pattern I picked out. Once that was completed and dried, they clear coated it, and then buffed it out. There's no difference in the appearance, toughness, or heat tolerance as the exterior of the car. I especially love the way he faded the honeycomb into the solid red at the left end of the cover. Next will come other parts like the fuse box cover, and the radiator/hood latch cover. There's also the possibility of getting some of the interior parts done. So, what do you think?
