Doing my AX-15 swap, I thought I'd throw a couple pics up of the "bread method" for pulling the pilot bearing from the BA/10 to make room for the smaller AX-15. Comes in handy it you don't have the right sized tool.
If you're doing the whole clutch I left the flywheel on to protect the crankshaft from getting dinged up.

Next I grabbed a 10mm socket, which fits inside the old pilot without being tight. the factory pressure plate blots are the perfect size to use as a plunger to drive the bread into the hole without it pushing back past, or clogging the socket with bread.

Stuff as much bread in the hole as you can by hand, compacting as you go until its full. using the socket with the bolt inside you drive the bread into the hole pushing the bearing out.

The bearing will work itself out, add more bread as needed to fill in behind the bearing till it pops out. I got lucky, only took about 10 minutes. YMMV.
