Curb rash on one of the two wheels… the other wheel was nowhere near as bad, but it still needed the same treatment.


Ready for the tires to be dismounted and discarded and ready for some fresh powder coating… I started with a wire wheel on the drill and got the majority of it out. Then I moved to 120 grit, 220, 400, and then a 600 sponge. Go easy on the wire wheel at first just so you can get a feel for what it is doing. Too much pressure and you’ll do more damage to the wheel.
