Backburner build progress

Performance Modifications / Engine Rebuild written by @VegasAvyGuy Chevrolet Avalanche 1500 2004

So it's been on the backburner since my wife and I just had another kid, and work got hectic, but I started working on my Avalanche again. Maybe one of these weekends I'll have time to drop the motor back in and get it hooked back up. But I figured I'd post pics of my coolant crossover kit that was giving me such problems. Couldn't drill one of the rivets out in the rear and broke off a screw extractor in it before I got the idea to tap the center pin hole and pull it out with a bolt, so I had to take the head back off, but a new head gasket, Valve cover gasket, and head bolt kit later, it's out, and here's the test fit images of the kit. Fits perfectly under the old intake. Some questions in the comments about potential TBSS swap.

(I'll be adding Teflon tape when I install it, I was just testing clearence here)
