I had some billet aluminum pedals for about a year, upgraded recently to this stainless set.
Higher quality, brake pedal uses existing mounting holes. The pedals are spec'd for a 2007 and earlier accord and, as you can see, the dead pedal is slightly off. However, I simply centered it and mounted it over my wider pad with no worries. Next time I'm at the salvage yard I may pick up a dead pedal pad from an older accord. You could always trim your existing pad, as well, to make this one fit.
Another advantage of these pedals is that the brake pedal has a rubber insert. That and Strutking is an incredible company with which to do business.
