My 2015 Silverado LTZ came with 4 hooks in each corner of the bed mounted down low. Having 2 classic trucks, I often fill my two 5 gallon race jugs with non ethanol fuel($6.90/gallon now!). It's a real pain to strap them in with only the lower hooks. My sister and I also have an etsy store and we buy a lot of vintage and antique items that need to be strapped down.
I found these bed hooks on Amazon. Lots of good reviews. They are sold in 2, 4 or 9 hooks. I ordered the 4 hooks package and installed them in the back four bed slots.
They seem to be pretty beefy and well manufactured. It has 250 lbs stamped on them. They're black and blend into my bed.

They install in the oval bed slots..

Easy..just pop them out with flat blade screwdriver

And you just fold the anchor, pop it through the slot and twisting the round part tightens the bolt and anchor. I used a small screwdriver at the end to snug it up.
Yeah I know I need to clean my bed..was hauling some fire wood recently. It's factory coated so no worries

Since I have the factory lower hooks front and back, the four upper hooks is all I need. I can always buy more if needed in the future. I've already transported a large item I sold and strapping it down was a breeze!
