2015 - DIY ► Rear flexible draw stiffener install!

Hardest part of the install was removing the plastic shells that cover the area these install in. The little rubber flaps are simple enough to install, be sure to drill out the holes and put them in place before trying to reinstall the plastic covers, you can also just leave them off.

Wasn't sure on orientation since no directions are provided with these. I at least had the directions from the front draw stiffener install so I knew how to set them up after they were installed. Couldn't say I can feel the difference but I'm not sure how they should feel either, certainly doesn't feel any looser now.

With these installed, the Forester is now setup as a TS minus the struts (got the springs) and Brembo calipers :)

For the install, save yourself some grief and be sure to only do one side at a time so you have a good reference for how it should go back together.
