Strange thing happened after Whipple

I finished my Whipple HO install last night and took it for a short test drive and it was ok. This morning though, a strange thing happened with the car. I was at an intersection shortly after cruising on the highway and when I started moving, and in 2nd gear, the car choked and wouldn't go. Felt like it was in limp home mode. The A/F gauge was pegged at 16, fuel pressure went to about 20psi, I didn't notice the vacuum. I looked down at the information center in the dash and it said oil pressure low. I wasn't even in boost or, maybe at the most, 1psi boost. I was scared to say the least. I pulled over, popped the hood, checked for oil, fuel and coolant leaks. Everything looked fine. I got back in the car and she started right up. I then drove carefully home. Any idea what would cause this? Maybe it's just the tune? The tune is from Jon Lund and it was preloaded on my SCT X3.
