I just had something weird happen. Sterling, my 2014, is only 2 years old. The battery was dead as a door nail this morning-probably my fault:
I have an extra accessory port plugged into the port that is inside my center console with 4 extra ports in it, and even though I don't have anything plugged into it right now I had left the first switch on so the red LED may have drained the battery (in only 36 hours??).
That's not the weird thing. The issue now is with my driver side window. The one-touch down or up no longer works for that side. I can raise or lower the window, but only if I hold the switch the entire time.
It works fine for the passenger side window (both from the drivers door switch and from its own switch).
Even weirder still is that when I open the driver's door with the window fully closed it does drop that smidge that it's supposed to, but it doesn't go back up again when I close the door. It works both ways on the passenger side.
None of this was an issue when I got home from work on Sunday Night, it only manifested itself after I recharged my battery with a trickle charger this morning because it was dead as a door nail.
