Recently I changed out my outer tie rod on the passenger side because its had it. I didnt see a DIY on it yet so I thought I'd make one to show who dont know how to do it how easy it is.
what you will need:
A jack
several wrenches
a grease gun
some plumbers tape (optional)
c-clamp
hammer or rubber mellet
HERE WE GO!!!
1. Hop in your ride and engage the emergency brake; then put a chock or something behind the wheel to make sure your vehicle does not roll when you raise it up. My driveway is not flat so that's why I recommend doing this. If you are working on a flat surface, move to step 2.
