Digital Matrix Headlights Unlocked

I retrofitted oem Matrix LEDs from Europe on my previous b9 S4 and absolutely loved the improved functionality at night, not sure why these are not legal and unlocked here in the US. I saw Europrice selling the unlock feature, it was a bit pricey for what I wanted to spend but ultimately the results at the end were awesome. Before people ask, these can't be unlocked via OBD/VCP, VAS is required as this is software related and not coding. With the unlock, both Matrix LED's and Light Carpet is now unlocked.
