I bought the kit from ECS Tuning.

You don't need to use their adapter after installation, but you can lift
the car from the jack pads and then put the jack stands under the pinch
welds.

Locating the Rear Jack Pads on Your VW Atlas
The rear jack pads on your Volkswagen Atlas are closer to the car's center. While a large plastic cover covers the driver’s side jack pad, the passenger side jack pad is hidden between plastic and the gas tank. When lifting the rear of your Atlas, it’s important to use the proper equipment to avoid damage to the plastic underbody. In this case, the base of a Daytona Super Duty jack was too wide and ended up pressing on the plastic, requiring the use of a smaller Pittsburgh Racing Aluminum jack instead.

Additional Safety and Installation Tips
Before beginning, make sure the vehicle is on a level, solid surface and the parking brake is fully engaged. While the adapter is not required after it's installed, it's always a good idea to use proper lift points to avoid accidental damage. Once you have lifted the car off of the jack pads, always double-check that the jack stands are positioned under the pinch welds or other manufacturer-approved support point. This keeps the vehicle stable and also prevents the jack from moving around while lifting. If you cannot find your vehicle's points or if the plastic components seem to be in danger, refer to your vehicle's manual for assistance or consult with a professional mechanic.

This is the kit:

This is how you stack it on your jack and then just push it into the opening in the unibody frame and the jack snubbers just stay there permanently:
