Several years ago, the team at V8 Speed & Resto got their hands on a stunning 1969 Camaro, initially powered by a monstrous 540 ci big-block V8 paired with a T56 Magnum six-speed manual transmission. This beast was built for raw power, but the owner wanted it to handle like a dream. So, V8 Speed & Resto went to work, installing a Detroit Speed Hydroformed front suspension and a QUADRAlink 4-link rear suspension, complemented by Baer six-piston front brakes for serious stopping power. They also added a Currie 9-inch axle and minitubbed the rear to accommodate wider tires, enhancing both performance and aesthetics.

After enjoying this impressive setup for a while, the owner decided it was time for an upgrade and sent the Camaro back to V8 Speed & Resto. This time, the mission was to swap out the big-block V8 for something even more exhilarating—a supercharged LT4 V8. This powerhouse was mounted using Dirty Dingo mounts, and the team didn't stop there. They integrated a methanol injection system, upgraded the radiator, and boosted the fuel pump to support the new engine's demands. To ensure everything flowed smoothly, they installed a set of Ultimate Headers stainless headers and a 3-inch exhaust system. The result? A jaw-dropping 670 hp at the wheels.
