Purchased a Nav map update from Navteq. Cost with tax $162. Screen in car said Map Version 07-08. Went to dealer this morning at 8. Was going to leave car but advisor said wait around, probably take no more than 1 to 1 and1/2 hrs. Finally at 11 car ready. Get in car, hit button to check Nav and screen says Map Version 08-09:eek: Go back into dealer and tell advisor. He's pretty clueless. Sends out tech who did update. I state my concern on why the screen doesn't say 2013 map version. He says "I entered the activation code you gave us and this is what updated" Another clueless person. I told him the system is showing places that don't exist anymore and i don't believe I got a NEW update. His answer believe it or not was "maybe if you drive it around for awhile it will update itself:1pat:" Are you kidding me! I had to call Navteq(not too much brighter than the dealer) and they finally told me it should say Map Version 12-13. Went back into dealer and told them they have to call Navteq because they want to know exactly what dealer installed. Looks like dealer doesn't have the right update, even though I just asked them a couple weeks ago to make sure before I bought it. Car still there, probably till tommorow. And I paid $114 for this service, which I'm starting to regret
